Terms and Conditions:
Custom Pre Order Propeller purchases are Paid in full at the time of order. All deliveries are contingent upon strikes, accidents and delays beyond our control. Prop Depot assumes no liability for damages as to the outcome of our propeller suggestions. Orders placed pursuant to this quotation cannot be cancelled except with Seller’s consent. Should any litigation result from the sales or use of the item(s) quoted, the venue for said litigation shall be in Knox County, Tennessee, and this litigation shall be construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee. If a product or item purchased is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, you must notify Prop Depot within 15 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Defects will be reported to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement as deemed appropriate by the Manufacturer. Prop Depot does not assume any liability for Manufacturer defects or errors.

Product Warranty:
Each manufacturer will warrant their product individually. Warranty for all products is limited to the actual warranty extended to Prop Depot from their suppliers. The use of this website is solely at your own risk. This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Descriptions regarding products are provided for reference only. We advise all clients to check with individual manufactures of products and/or marine mechanics respectively to insure proper fitments. We are not mechanics.

Vessel Performance:
Many factors influence a vessel’s hull resistance including design, weight and trim. As a result, we are not able to guarantee the vessels performance. Prop Depot is able to accurately predict the performance of its propellers and, given complete and accurate vessel data, is able to make recommendations in relation to the vessel’s estimated performance. These recommendations are provided without charge and should be taken as general advice only. Issues relating to vessel performance should be directed to the vessel’s designer. Prop Depot and its affiliates assumes no liability for any expenses related to downtime, haul outs, propeller removal or replacement, or shipping charges.

Cavitation Erosion:
These same factors may adversely affect our propeller’s cavitation profile leading to damaging cavitation erosion. Although our designs have proven to be very good at controlling damaging cavitation, we are unable to guarantee that other aspects of the installation won’t adversely affect these design characteristics leading to erosion.

Delivery Dates:
The Delivery Dates provided by Prop Depot are estimates only and represent the date the propellers will be ready for shipping as guided by the manufacturers. We do not guarantee it will always be able to meet the delivery date. Due to the nature of propeller manufacturing and processes out of our control, delays may arise during the manufacturing process which may require a replacement propeller to be manufactured. Prop Depot advises all clients to allow the maximum time possible when ordering propellers and to regularly check with us as to their progress.
