Our team puts its customers first and are concerned about personal and credit card information security.
(1) We do not loan, rent, lease or sell any information regarding or related to customers.
(2) Our team employs a highly-secured encrypted server to transmit our internet orders.
(3) All customer credit card information is highly encrypted.
To assure maximum security measure, our team is only permitted to see the last 4 digits of your credit card number for sale.
Duties and Taxes
Tennessee Propeller and Metalworks is required by law to charge sales tax.
Sales Policy
Unused items, returned within 30 days of customer purchase, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. No returns on used items, unless agreed to in writing upon purchase. No returns will be granted on special orders. No returns on inboard, outboard, or sailboat propellers. No returns permitted after 30 days of purchase. All returns will require prior authorization (RGA#). All returns must be original packaging, in new condition, and customer must present a copy of the invoice. We reserve the right to deny any return, or purchase thru-out website, due to reasons of fraud, malice or trickery. The customer is responsible for their return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. To obtain an RGA# contact our customer service department (865)673-8171.The original manufacture warrants defective products. Tennessee Propeller and Metalworks does not imply or express any guarantee or warranty other than what is provided by the original manufacture. All warranty claims must be directed to the manufacture.
Shipping Policy
All items are carefully packed and in good condition upon shipped. If damage occurs during shipping, a claim must be made to the carrier, not Tennessee Propeller and Metalworks. Both shortages and errors must be reported within 7 days of receiving order. Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Shipping time depends upon the method of shipping that has been selected.
